Kindly note that

• We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.
• The shipping cost is non-refundable for returns.
• Delivery to rural addresses can take longer.
• We cannot be held responsible for shipment delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.

CUSTOMS

• Shipping outside the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer's national tax/customs authorities.
• Orders below 800 USD for the destination of the United States are not charged additional government duties and fees at the customs authorities of the country of destination. Unfortunately, for orders above 800 USD, we cannot estimate or control the amount imposed upon delivery as customs regulations vary.
• Orders above 2500 USD shipped to the United States require a formal customs clearance. The shipper may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or social security number in order to complete the delivery to your doorstep.
• Please note that If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier. Therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
