RETURNS POLICY

You can return any item purchased on neometrie.fr within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes or perfume), altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
  • Once our quality control team has approved the return within 14 business days of receiving it at the warehouse, the refund will be credited back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the rejection will be notified by email and the package will be shipped back to you.

Free returns are currently unavailable. The customer is required to ship the product back with a secured shipping service.  When we issue the refund, we will also send by email to the customer a Gift Card that is available immediately for the next order.

The amount of the gift card varies and is calculated based on the shipping zone:
  • France:  9€ Gift Card
  • Europe (excl France): 15€ Gift Card
  • UK: 20€ Gift Card
  • North America: 38€ Gift Card
  • Australia: 38€ Gift Card
  • Asia:  38€ Gift Card
  • Middle East: 45€ Gift Card
  • Africa:  45€ Gift Card
  • South America: 45€ Gift Card
The gift card is available 1 year starting from its issue date.

 

HOW TO RETURN?

Inside the EU
Please follow the steps below to return an order inside the EU
Notify us at office@neometrie.fr with your order’s number clearly stated.
Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package along with the product in its original packing.
Ship it by a secure shipping service with a tracking number to the return address.

Outside the EU
Please follow the steps below to return an order outside the EU

  • Notify us at office@neometrie.fr with your order’s number clearly stated, and we’ll reply to you with a pro forma invoice.
  • Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package along with the product in its original packing.
  • Affix the pro forma invoice (the one you received via email) on the outside of the package with details visible.
  • Ship it by a secure shipping service with a tracking number to the return address.

Kindly note that

  • Our recommended shipping services are DHL, UPS, GLS, and FedEx. Returns via USPS and Royal Mail may take much longer to process.
  • Costs and risks involved in the return of items are borne by the sender. Please use a service easily trackable. NEOMETRIE cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel.


EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return it and place a new order.

As mentioned above, when we issue the refund the customer will also receive a gift card that is immediately available for their next order.
