Made to Order

Our Made to Order collection is a range of products that are delicately hand-crafted in our atelier in Paris with a selection of fine fabrics, honouring the importance of a timeless design, quality and savoir-faire.

The considered approach of making each piece to demand ensures we minimise unnecessary production and, therefore minimise waste of resources and the environmental impact.


Order and Delivery

Due to the complexity of certain pieces, it may take up to 3 weeks for production.

Once you have made the order, our Made To Order team will get back to you with an estimated delivery time in accordance with the atelier availability. You retain the right to cancel the order if the production time is more than 3 weeks and unsuitable for you.


Rush Orders

Have an event in less than 3 weeks? Please contact us at service@neometrie.fr and we will check if a priority service is available.


Refunds and Exchanges

These products are produced to order therefore refunds are not accepted for both domestic and international purchases. This is also visibly stated in the details of the product page.

We do accept exchanges only once.

For exchanges you are kindly requested to follow the instructions below:

 

Please follow the steps below to return an order for exchange in the EU

- Notify us at service@neometrie.fr with your order’s number clearly stated.

- Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and the product in its original packing.

- Ship it by a secure shipping service with a tracking number to the following address:

Please follow the steps below to return an order for exchange outside the EU

- Notify us at service@neometrie.fr with your order’s number clearly stated, and we’ll reply to you with a proforma invoice.

- Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and the product in its original packing.

- Affix the proforma invoice  (the one you received via email) on the outside of the package with details visible.

- Ship it by a secure shipping service with a tracking number to the following address:

Kindly note that

- Our recommended shipping services are DHL, UPS, GLS, and FedEx. Returns via USPS and Royal Mail may take much longer to process.

- Costs and risks involved in the return of items are borne by the sender. Please use a service easily trackable. NEOMETRIE cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel.

- Free returns are currently unavailable. 


Once we have received your return, and after our quality control, (see our Return Policy here) we’ll put into production your required size for the exchange.
